With a fine, persistent and elegant bubble, this cava shows the notes of an excellent aging and the character of the varieties that make it up. You can see notes of ripe fruit – even candied – that blend in with soft, toasty toasts – baked bread – from Chardonnay aging and from excellent, slow aging within the bottle. Xarel·lo brings fresher and more floral notes. In the mouth it is oily, long and full of life. A cava ideal to eat. Because of its structure and complexity it can be combined with a wide variety of dishes.
