You can ask us for the bill of your reservation anytime.
At the time of making a reservation is required to pay the 100% of the amount. If the payment has not been received after 2 days from the reservation request, Cellers Carol Vallès has the right reserved to cancel the reservation without prior notification.
All reservations made are supervised in order to confirm that all aspects are correct (price, occupancy and characteristics). Once the reservation has been reviewed and the payment received, a confirmation email is sent. The reservation isn’t considered to be confirmed until the confirmation email has been sent. The minimum time to accept and confirm reservations is 48 hours before the activity. We always recommend making the reservation as far in advance as possible in order to guarantee places.
To modify the date of the reservation or make any changes in its content (number of people, specific needs, type of activity, etc.), it will be necessary to notify it in a minimum of 2 business days in advance. In case the client does not notify with enough time, Cellers Carol Vallès has the reserved right to cancel the reservation without any compensation or refund of the amount paid. In case the customer has made use of a gift coupon, it will be considered validated and cannot be used again for any other activity.
In case the customer has any food intolerance or allergy is required to notify it when booking. Similarly, if you have any other type of food limitation (no meat consumption, for example), you are required to notify it in advance.

2.2. Cava store and food products

– During the week: to be attended it is essential that you previously ask us for the availability we have through our telephone or contact email address. Being a small winery, we cannot guarantee that a worker is present all times.
Telephone and e-mail support service is available from 9:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday) and from (10:00 to 14:00 Saturdays and Sundays).
- Farm equipment
Cellers Carol Vallès has free parking service right next to the property.
The accesses are partially enabled for people with reduced mobility and wheelchairs. Access to the property, the cellar and the outdoor tasting space are enabled. The bathrooms are currently being adapted and are not accessible for wheelchairs.
Pets are welcome at Cellers Carol Vallès. However, it is required that the people who carry them take responsibility for their behavior during the visit.
For sanitary reasons there are spaces where pets have restricted access. These are the tasting room and the cellar, for example. If pets are brought, it will be necessary to take into account that they won’t be able to access these spaces and that the owner will have to take care of them while the activity is going on with the group in the spaces where the entrance is restricted.
We warn that Cellers Carol Vallès has his own dog, Trasto, which normally roams freely around the property. Despite that, in case any client requests it, the dog can be closed.
- Cancellation or change of a reservation
You can cancel or change your reservation at any time. You will not have any charge if you do it at least in 2 business days before the contracted activity.
Cellers Carol Vallès reserves the right not to return the amount paid if the cancellation of the reservation is made outside this advance time.
In case of adverse external circumstances (for example high risk of rain during an outdoor activity), Cellers Carol Vallès reserves the right to move the activity to another date. In this case, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

6.1. The product received is incorrect or has some damage or defect
When you receive your order you should inspect the package to verify that it is correct. Always before opening and consuming the products. If you have received an incorrect order, or the products show any damage or defect, we will try to solve this problem with you as soon as possible.
To receive the refund or replacement of the products, you must return the order in the same conditions in which you received it during the 14 days following the arrival of the package.
6.2. Consumer rights
