Brunch Among the Vineyards
Enjoy a visit to the family-run Carol Vallès Winery, set in an idyllic location surrounded by vineyards in the heart of the Penedès wine region. Discover the unique landscape of one of the wine appellations closest to Barcelona.
During the visit, you will learn how our Reserva and Gran Reserva Cavas are crafted, explore the vineyards, winery and underground cellars, and discover the traditional methods behind our production.
After the tour, you’ll enjoy a delicious farmhouse-style brunch featuring locally sourced products, perfectly paired with our Premium Aged Cavas (Cava de Guarda Superior).
The experience includes:
- Guided tour of the vineyards, winery and underground cellars.
- Introduction to our family’s history and the Penedès region, explanation of the traditional cava-making process, the vineyard, grape varieties and our sustainable farming practices.
- Farmhouse-style brunch with locally sourced products, paired with three Reserva and Gran Reserva cavas.
Duration
The guided tour lasts approximately 45 minutes.
The brunch begins immediately afterwards and lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Ceramics & Cava
Looking for a creative and unique experience?
Join our Ceramics & Cava Workshop, where you’ll create your own ceramic pieces while enjoying a tasting of Carol Vallès wines and cavas.
In a relaxed atmosphere and small groups, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with nature, stimulate your creativity and discover the authentic flavours of our wines and cavas. It’s the perfect way to unwind, spend quality time with friends or colleagues, and explore your artistic side.
The workshop aims to:
- Encourage creativity.
- Teach basic ceramic modelling techniques to create unique handmade pieces.
- Offer a cultural and enriching experience.
- Introduce participants to the history of Carol Vallès and the traditional production of cava.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll taste a selection of Carol Vallès wines and cavas while learning about their characteristics and production process. It’s a wonderful opportunity to combine art, wine culture and creativity in a truly memorable setting.

When will the order arrive?
We try to ship on the business day after receiving the order. From the date of shipment, the delivery time is 3 working days (this period may vary depending on the distribution network of our employees or due to exceptional circumstances).
How do I track my order?
If you have provided us with an email address, you will receive a message from the shipping partner to track your shipment.
Order delivery date and time
The normal delivery time for orders is until 7 pm, as a general rule from Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
What happens if a bottle breaks? Are shipments safe?
We use a cardboard packaging specially designed for the bottles we ship in order to minimize breakage. If breakage is detected in the bottles and / or moisture outside the box at the time of delivery, do not accept the order. You must notify us within the next 24 hours to the following email: [email protected]. A second shipment will be made free of charge
