L’Homenatge is the commemorative cava created to celebrate 30 years of Carol Vallès. A 2018 Gran Reserva, made exclusively from 100% organic Macabeu, showcasing one of the Penedès’ most emblematic grape varieties and its ability to express the passage of time with elegance and authenticity.
Its long ageing provides depth and complexity, with fine, well-integrated bubbles. It is a lively and vibrant cava, showing notes of ripe fruit, brioche and dried nuts, together with an acidity that preserves freshness and extends the finish on the palate. Elegant, structured and persistent, it is a gastronomic cava that invites you to enjoy it slowly and raise a toast to the moments that endure.

When will the order arrive?
We try to ship on the business day after receiving the order. From the date of shipment, the delivery time is 3 working days (this period may vary depending on the distribution network of our employees or due to exceptional circumstances).
How do I track my order?
If you have provided us with an email address, you will receive a message from the shipping partner to track your shipment.
Order delivery date and time
The normal delivery time for orders is until 7 pm, as a general rule from Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
What happens if a bottle breaks? Are shipments safe?
We use a cardboard packaging specially designed for the bottles we ship in order to minimize breakage. If breakage is detected in the bottles and / or moisture outside the box at the time of delivery, do not accept the order. You must notify us within the next 24 hours to the following email: [email protected]. A second shipment will be made free of charge
